What this site does with your data.

This is a static website: the pages are files served from a hosting provider, with no database and no visitor accounts. This notice explains what happens to your data when you use it. The old tourdeguide.com site had no privacy policy of its own; this one is written for this website.

Enquiry forms

The WhatsApp and email enquiry forms on this site run entirely on your own device. Typing into them only builds a message; nothing is sent anywhere until you press "Open in WhatsApp" or "Open email", which hands that message to the WhatsApp or email app you already use. This website itself never receives, stores or sees what you type.

Cookies and tracking

There are no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers on this site. It does not build a profile of you or share your activity with any advertising network.

What stays on your device

The site uses your browser's own local storage for exactly two things: the light or dark theme you chose, and the list of itineraries you shortlisted. Both stay only in your browser, on your device; we cannot see or read them, and they are not sent to us or anyone else.

Fonts, images and hosting

All fonts and images on this site are hosted with the site itself, not fetched from a third-party font or image service. The hosting provider that serves the pages keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability, as most hosting providers do.

Once you message us

When you message Tour de Guide on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, that conversation is carried by WhatsApp, your phone network or your email provider, and handled by those services under their own privacy terms, as well as by how Tour de Guide (GVB Travel Private Limited) itself keeps and uses enquiries and bookings.
